Productive Workshop Controller - Sheffield

Salary - Up to £32,000 Basic + bonus + Overtime

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

We have a new job vacancy for a Productive Workshop Controller in Sheffield. My client is one of the leading main groups in the area, who represent some fantastic brands. Productive Workshop Controller Role:

• Control the work volume of Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the Workshop.

• Ensure all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.

• You will control a team of Technicians/valeters, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are met so delivery schedules are kept.

• Ensure workshop targets are being considered whilst customer satisfaction is priority.

• Working 75% as a productive technician.

Workshop Controller Requirement:

• You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
• Full UK Driving License
