Role Overview:

My clients continued growth has provided them with an exciting opportunity to add new General Builders to the team who are multi-trade based. This role will be predominantly working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team helping to deliver home renovation and extension projects. If you are City and Guilds level 3 qualified SSSTS, or equivalent, Wet trade-based builder or carpentry based multi-trade with experience in domestic and residential construction sectors, and looking to take the lead as a working site supervisor then this could be the opportunity you are looking for!

Part of the role will involve leading the site team in:-

• Multi trade skilled desired
• Groundworks & drainage
• Landscaping projects
• Construction of extensions
• 1st/2nd Fix Carpentry
• Structural Alterations using steelwork.
• Insulating, boarding & plastering.
• Have appropriate transport (van) to get materials on way to site
• Supporting the wider team where necessary
• Supporting the managers and project manager as required.

This is a varied role with fast-pace, you will need to think on your feet, problem solve but is also fun and a friendly environment. The industry never stands still and throughout that constant movement they guarantee a support network that offers an experienced and focused team that enables everyone to achieve their goals.

Benefits for self employed:

• Self employed rate £180 per day
• Employed £32-36k salary depending on experience
• 39 hour working week
• Business Mileage (site to site)
