Worker Support Representative

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Worker Support Representative to join our team.

Job Description: As a Worker Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our workers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Responding to callbacks and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Assisting workers with their queries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Registering workers by calling and collecting necessary details over the phone.
  • Liaising with agencies as needed to coordinate worker-related matters.
  • Making outbound calls to workers requiring follow-up to ensure all payments are processed accurately.
  • Providing clear and accurate information to workers regarding payments, taxes, and other relevant topics.
  • Assisting the management team with additional tasks as required.
  • Handling and inputting GDPR-sensitive data into our CRM system with utmost confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Offering proactive assistance to workers, actively seeking opportunities to support and improve their experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information dissemination.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to handling worker queries and concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and diversity, with a proactive attitude towards ensuring all workers feel valued and supported.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and adherence to data protection protocols.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
