Workday Analyst - 3 month contract - neg circ £450 - £520 per day inside IR35

West London / Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days home)

A Workday Analyst with experience working as part of a project team to implement Workday is required for an initial 3 month contact assignment in West London. The client can offer hybrid working with expectations being that you’re on site 3 days per week. The Workday Analyst will help lead our client’s project team to complete phase 1 of the implementation that includes HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Time Tracking. Phase 2 will then follow on with the implementation of Learning, Advance Compensation, and Workday Journeys. Suitable candidates for this assignment will have experience in implementing, testing, and supporting Workday with the ability to customise across modules especially in the payroll areas.

To be considered you’ll need the following:

  • Previous Workday implementation, testing and support experience.
  • Customisation / Configuration experience of Payroll (UK) as well as other modules.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assist in training staff in use of Workday.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be able to work well within a team.

The client is looking to start the assignment ASAP and the contract will initially be issued on a 3 month basis. Expected day rate is negotiable circ £450 - £520 per day dependent on experience, however the client would consider candidates looking for a higher rate if needed.
