Role Overview:
Are you an experienced professional with a knack for implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and driving operational excellence? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can lead and execute projects with precision? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!
As the WMS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Warehouse Management Systems across a number of sites within the network. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure the seamless integration and customization of WMS solutions to meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial assessment and planning to execution and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Provide guidance and expertise to all key stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new WMS systems.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of WMS software, ideally SnapFulfil
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Renumeration:
£65,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits
