Image Office Cleaning now have a vacancy for a full time, 'Window Cleaning Foreman’ required to work in London.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within the cleaning industry.

Hours of work will vary, but the usual start time will be between 5am and 6am, Monday to Friday. In addition you will also need to be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) as and when required. You may also be required to work afternoons when requested. Salary will depend on experience.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills;

Must have good knowledge of all window cleaning methods

Previous experience of Reach & Wash system

Be presentable to our clients

Attend site surveys/contract tenders along side the 'Window Cleaning Manager'

Assist with quotations and able to 'Risk Assessments’ and 'Method Statements’ when needed and when our 'Window Cleaning Manager' is on annual leave.

Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

Assist the Window Cleaning Manager with management of the window cleaning team, and work along side them on jobs supervising works and sign off of works.

Responsible for keeping the 'Window Cleaning Manager' up to date with works completed, and provide regular updates on the works completed, photos/signed completion notes etc.

When requested carry out audits of work completed

Be able to re-organise and re-schedule works at short notice upon the request of the 'Window Cleaning Manager'

Must have a full UK drivers licence
