Wholesale Customer Service Representative

WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (AVENEL)

ITALIAN LUXURY FASHION BRAND – CENTRAL NEW JERSEY OFFICE BASED

About:

• Renowned Italian Luxury fashion brand
• Specialising in high end outerwear and knitwear 
• Stores in over 10 countries globally, including UK, USA, China, Japan & Italy

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer service, wholesale accounts and database management
• Supporting a small New Jersey based team with all office operations, accounting & administrative duties
• Liaising with Logistics, Allocations, Planning, Analytics, Accounts, Production & Compliance divisions

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in wholesale/distribution, ideally with a high end fashion brand 
• Proficiency in MS Office and good computer literacy, including good knowledge of excel and accounts software
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills

Offering:

• Salary up to $50,000 depending on experience
• Medical, dental & vision plan 100% paid for employees and 10% paid for dependents
