Welder Pay Rate:

  • £11.64 per hour + a monthly attendance bonus of £86

This is a full-time temp to perm role with the potential to start immediately
Welder shift patterns:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 4pm


About the role:

  • Working to set procedures and tolerances
  • Basic Welding of aluminium parts
  • Maintain continuity among colleagues by documenting, reporting and communicating on actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
  • To undertake training and operate Welding machinery.
  • To maintain the work is to a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Providing cover for the shift leading hand when required.
  • To perform other general tasks throughout the doors department area.
  • Follow a production plan to ensure parts are made on time of delivery.


Basic Welding knowledge is required although training can be provided.

The site is easily accessible from Weston-Super-Mare train station and Clevedon. Free car parking on site!
