Weekend Shift Manager

As the Weekend Shift Manager, your schedule will be exclusively Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 1 am. This unique timing allows for ample work-life balance during the weekdays, providing you with the flexibility to pursue personal interests or further professional development.

In this role, you will be entrusted as a key holder, a testament to the trust and responsibility placed in your capable hands. Your leadership will be the cornerstone of weekend operations, ensuring seamless continuity of service and upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years proven track record in a similar managerial capacity, demonstrating a keen ability to oversee staff, manage resources effectively, and maintain operational efficiency. No qualifications required for this role however your skill set will include exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to ensure clear directives and foster a collaborative team atmosphere. This position offers a salary of £21,647.84, inclusive of a shift allowance, reflecting the importance and value of your contribution.
