Weddings & Functions Co-ordinator
This role is all about providing excellent customer service. To be fantastic in this role, you’ll need:
- a flexible customer focused approach with experience in delivering high standards of customer service
- good people skills, enabling good working relationships with those in the across the property
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with couples, suppliers, and volunteers
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks successfully
- excellent time management skills to ensure smooth execution of weddings
