I'm working with a reputable business who are hiring for a Website Redevelopment Project Manager. Please note: this role is not a website design role. You must have experience project managing a website redevelopment.

You must also be based in the UK with full working rights.

The role:

  • Part-time position (2 days per week - one day in office)
  • £300 day rate
  • 1st of May start

Responsibilities:

  • The chosen candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our team and external web developers, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills and tools will be utilized to track progress, assign tasks, manage deadlines and milestones, and coordinate the internal team and external suppliers.
  • Additionally, the Project Manager will organize regular working group and Project Board meetings to facilitate project delivery, and will provide progress reports to superiors.
  • This role will be supervised by the Project Lead and the IT Manager.

Key Skills

  • Prince 2 certification or substantial experience in project management
  • Track record of successfully steering and completing web design projects (with available project samples and references)
  • Proficiency with Teams, Trello, Smartsheet, Miro, Figma, and Jira (preferred)
  • Effective administrative, organizational, and analytical capabilities, including task organization, deadline setting, data compilation, reporting, table creation, Gantt chart development, and basic analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication aptitude for drafting, reporting, and interacting with both individual teams and collective staff
  • Interpersonal adeptness for engaging with various colleagues and teams
