Robert Half are working with a Global Professional Services business who work with Governments around the globe to support and provide Visa & Consular advise to travellers and citizens. We are looking to find them a fluent French & English Website Content Editor.

The Web Content Writer will be responsible for the management and improvement of French and English-language content on the company's many customer-facing websites, ensuring clear, customer-friendly messaging on processes and business services, in line with client requirements and overall business objectives.

Website Content Editor (French & English) - Fully Remote (England Based)

Requirements

• Oversee the end-to-end content production process, planning and creating new content, as well as reviewing and improving existing content.

• Lead and coordinate web content updates for global projects in French and English
• Review all French and English-language content requests submitted via the web ticketing system (Jira)
• Conduct proactive content reviews in French and English, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting enhancements
• Work closely with the wider Communications & Marketing team to draft and review English-language content for internal communications
• Develop clear and informative content in both English and French for external purposes, including static content and news articles for the corporate website.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English - Native-level French and English-writing skills
• Experience required in web content writing, or as a marketing & communications generalist
• Experience of writing for different target audiences and content formats
• Good Project management Skillset, multitasking ability
• SEO knowledge desirable
• Experience in large complex organisations with multiple global locations/websites.
