WEBSITE ASSISTANT - LONDON

LUXURY HERITAGE ACESSORIES BRAND

The Company:

The Role:

  • The Website Assistant will be managing the back-end of the Ecommerce Shopify platform, ensuring good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
  • Supports with all duties regarding the online store which includes supporting the business with ongoing projects to develop and enhance the website.
  • Managing the online product catalogue, uploading and maintaining product content including imagery, descriptions and attributes, to maintain the visual merchandising across the site
  • Monitor stock levels, by conducting regular stock checks and highlighting any problems to the Website Manager and Senior Buyer.
  • Analyse and create basic reports, talking others through these to create a wider understanding of the Website.
  • Ensure any website campaigns are launched on time. Work closely with the Marketing and Buying teams to ensure products are ready on time for launch dates.

The Candidate:

  • A keen eye for design and layout with the ability to edit or update
  • Basic image editing, good copywriting skills
  • Experience of Shopify desirable
  • Excellent analytical and communicational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines

The Package:

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Office Based, 1 day WFH
  • Competitive Bonus
  • 24 days holidays plus BH
