The Role
This position will join the Research and Development team to support and improve existing products as well as help design, build and deliver new solutions for clients. This is a broad reaching role, and the candidate will be exposed to many areas of the technology stack.

Purpose and Responsibilities
Work closely with developers and client account managers in the UK and US, to design, develop and implement Web-based solutions.
We work primarily with Microsoft technologies and the candidate will be expected to learn and apply technologies as they become relevant and offer clear business value.
Core Skills
- Frontend (Web technologies).
- Backend (ASP.Net, .Net Framework/Core, C#, GitHub, Windows ecosystem).
- Database (TSQL/Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL Database).
Experience worth telling us about
- Web frontend frameworks.
- Security, Secure Coding.
- Azure, PowerShell, DevOps.
- Database administration.
- Implementation of any CMS, CRM or Business Process Management style systems.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Able to demonstrate effectiveness while working remotely.
- Good level of education with software development focused qualifications and/or valid experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A knowledge of the human capital management systems industry is an advantage.
- Time management (able to manage competing demands).
