Warranty Coordinator 6-month FTC

Location: Dorking

Salary: Up to £30,000

Monday- Friday

Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.

Duties:

  • You will be required to support activity that leads to customer satisfaction in after sales support provision through the processing of warranty claims from world-wide network of customers, distributors and depots.
  • Coordinating parts back from world-wide network through to our suppliers for investigation and cost recovery.
  • Analyse fault reasons and participate in corrective action programs to eliminate root causes.

Desirable Attributes:

  • The ability to work within a friendly team.
  • Experience within a manufacturer
  • Experience using SAP software
  • A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
