Warehouse Team Leader

Role: Warehouse  Team Leader - inbound

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Friday shift rotation – 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Salary: £33,122.96 plus annual performance related bonus

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Warehouse Team Leader - inbound  to join our client’s successful team in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

A British multi-channel clothing retailer specialising in dress shirts, ties, suits, casualwear, shoes & accessories.  

About the role:

With over 50 people in the department the Team Leaders need to manage the throughput of the work and maintain high levels of productivity, employee engagement and a good sense of fun! You will plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development in such a way that the operational effectiveness of the business is maintained, and all daily targets are met.

What we would like from you:

• Leadership in a similar role within a distribution or retail environment.
• Previous experience of managing a team of 15 or more with a proven ability to manage, develop & motivate
• Ability to coordinate activities. The successful candidate will be leading a team on a daily basis and be results orientated to achieve targets
• Self-confident with a professional attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Experience of disciplinary process, investigations & meetings
