Crem Recruitment is delighted to be working with our established client in Red Lodge as they search for a Warehouse Team leader to join them. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-respected local employer on a 4-day working arrangement, 36 hours per week with NO WEEKENDS!

We are looking for applicants with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• 3 x years minimum proven people management experience within a warehouse or logistics function.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to operate handheld scanners and familiarity with WMS systems.
• A self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously whilst being able to mentor and inspire others.
• Inquisitive, methodical, and ambitious, with a genuine desire for continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of health and safety and general warehousing practices.

This is a full-time position working on a rotating shift for 4 days out of 7. (No weekends or nights) 36 hours per week, between 6 am - 5 pm. Extra hours may be required in peak periods but are minimal. This is a hands-on role which offers a wealth of training, support and progression, You will be responsible for a team of 3 individuals and this position reports directly to senior management.
