Warehouse Operative
  • Hourly Rate: £11.50
  • Location: Camberley
  • Job Type: Temporary

We are currently seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and capable of handling various tasks within a warehouse environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
  • Identifying and storing items in their respective places within the warehouse.
  • Picking and packing orders with attention to detail.
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean and organised.
  • Following health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and quality control checks.
  • Operating handling equipment and ensuring safety regulations are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • No formal qualifications required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse practices and handling equipment is a plus.
