Warehouse Administrator

My client a well established manufacturing company based in Blackburn is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Administrator to work alongside a team of administrators dedicated to stock rotation.

The working hours are working on a permanent back shift 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday. However for the first week you will be required to train on days which would either be 6am-2pm or 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking in deliveries and checking them in
  • Counting stock to ensure deliveries meet orders
  • Managing a booking in system
  • Checking transferred deliveries from a partner site / to main site
  • General admin duties
  • Making and maintaining MS excel spread sheets

Skills required:

  • Strong with MS Excel
  • Good computer skills
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Organisation and time management

Pay: £11.44-£12.44 per hour
