Job Title: Shipping Clerk/Warehouse Clerk
Locations: Walsall

Duties:

• Operates efficiently in a bustling dispatch department.
• Manages packing and unpacking of orders while adhering to department schedules.
• Utilises organisational systems and warehouse technology adeptly to locate and gather stock.
• Maintains accurate spreadsheets and well-organised dispatch records to track KPIs.
• Generates shipping labels and manages dispatch information.
• Addresses failed labels promptly.
• Submits booking requests to carriers.
• Troubleshoots and collaborates with Customer Services on delayed or problematic orders.
• Handles administrative responsibilities such as phone inquiries, record updates, and ensures excellent customer service.
• Resolves dispatch and customer issues systematically, actively contributing to continuous improvement for enhanced warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborates effectively with the Warehouse Outbound Team to meet timely order completion.
• Allocates sales orders accurately.
• Manages replenishment requirements efficiently.
• Addresses and resolves failed actions promptly.
• Processes locked actions systematically.
• Organises the batching of sales orders.
• Ensures clarity in sales orders with the support of the Warehouse Leadership Team.
