Our client based in Chalgrove is looking for a Volunteer Experience Advisor.

  • You will be the first point of contact to a high number of telephone queries.
  • You will ensure our volunteer community receive high quality support.
  • Add and keep data information accurate and up to date.
  • Process online orders and pack for despatch.
  • Filing, photocopying and monitoring emails.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Enjoy a varied role.
  • Have a good eye for detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Have previous admin experience and are proficient with IT software and Microsoft Office.

Working hours for this Volunteer Experience Advisor are 35 per week Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour
