Valuation Surveyor - Central, East & North London (low volume) - £70-75k basic + Bonus (30% of fees above threshold)

We’re working with a long-established, independent Surveying practice who service East, North & Central London on behalf of a range of clients including HNWI, High Street and Specialist Lenders.

As a result of a marked uptick in work volumes, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Surveyor as follows:

  • MRICS/FRICS & VRS
  • Covering a patch comprising E, N and EC postcodes from home, reporting into an Islington office base as required/preferred
  • Acting on behalf of most major lenders undertaking long form, red book valuations (no high volume "tick box" type surveys) on properties up to £15m in value
  • Some HMO/BTL Valuation for one specialise lender (shorter, more basic reports)
  • Low volume, high fee set up (no "points per day" target here!)
  • Great team/socials for those who enjoy visiting the office/getting involved
  • Basic salary up to £75k to start, rising with tenure
  • Bonuses calculated at 30% of fee income above a threshold of 3 x salary (no small print, clawbacks or caveats)
  • Secure, diverse workload, no apparent slow-down regardless of wider market conditions
  • Keen to appoint ASAP
