One London's leading independent Chartered Surveying practices are now looking to add an MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor to their small but growing team.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor's role

The Valuation Surveyor will be valuing and inspecting commercial and residential property across London working with their established clients including financial institutions, property companies, pension funds, solicitors and private clients.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be valuing property for loan security, development appraisals, financial reporting, accounting, probate and matrimonial disputes.

With an upcoming merger with another West End based property firm, providing new offices in London's busy West End and growing the team from 15 to 65 members of staff.

The Valuation Surveyor

  • Must be MRICS qualified and VRS
  • Experience valuing commercial and residential property
  • Client facing and strong communication skills
  • Worked with major bank panel lenders
  • Good market knowledge
  • Hard working and team player
