UX Designer & Strategist - Marketing Agency

Up to £45,000 + benefits

Hybrid, Manchester

This is an opportunity for a UX Designer / Strategist to join an award-winning digital & web team as they go from strength to strength. This boutique marketing agency have recently doubled in size and have an ambitious growth plan for the remainder of the year given an influx in key projects.

This position would suit someone with 3+ years of agency experience, where you'll spearhead the UX design, strategy, persona creation, and more.

As the UX Designer, you'll collaborate with the integrated teams and work on diverse client projects spanning industries like B2C, B2B, and ecommerce.

Some travel will be required when workshops take place - this will be within the North West.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX research and strategy
  • Lead workshops and design user interfaces
  • Create personas and map customer journeys
  • Provide UI input for web projects
  • Optimize SEO and commercial viability
  • Utilise Adobe XD, WordPress
