HFG are currently recruiting for an leading Syndicate who are seeking an Underwriting Assistant to join their growing team.

Experience using Sequel and Subscribe are needed for this position and Power BI experience is a bonus. This would suit someone who has been in a similar role for 3+ years and is looking to stay in the Operations space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with system enhancements and updates to improve data entry processes.
• Training new team members on data entry procedures and best practices.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
• Participating in regular meetings to discuss data entry issues and suggest solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry.
• Monitoring and analyzing data entry trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Assisting with data migration projects to update and clean up existing data records.
• Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to data entry systems.
• Supporting the underwriting team with any data entry related tasks as needed.
