ULR Legal Advisor - Liverpool

Salary up to £30k plus hybrid working and benefits

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To have day to day conduct of commercial ULR files both non-litigated and litigated small claims
  • Ensure the clients are kept fully informed on the progress of the claim
  • Deal with post, telephone calls and emails an ensure that not worked on lists and to do lists are kept up to date
  • To ensure that all referred cases are opened and progressed efficiently
  • To keep brokers and/or commercial clients informed

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience of legal/Insurance
  • Litigation experience
  • Ability to work in an organised manner
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Experience of working with a case management system (Proclaim, Visualfiles, Solcaseetc)
  • An ability to work using own initiative
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Team player
