Prospero Teaching is looking for English & Maths Tutors to deliver bespoke tuition sessions on a 1:1 basis to young people that are currently without a school placement or struggling with education.

The Opportunity

This English & Maths Tutor role is perfect for someone looking to step away from the classroom and make a difference to the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners!

The successful tutor must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lesson to bridge gaps in the pupils education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

The student (Year 11) faces challenges when it comes to Maths and English. Additionally, She is keen to perform well in her exams and is willing to wholly engage with tuition sessions.

Opportunity Details:

Location - 1:1 Face to Face Tuition, Bradford (BD10),

Time - Weekdays - anytime after 12pm, 4 hours per week

Position - English & Maths Tutor

Tutors must:

- Possess UK classroom/mainstream teaching experience or hold a QTS or equivalent.

- Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.

- Hold the right to work in the UK.

- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

- Provide minimum of two professional references to cover the past 2 years of complete the history (2022 to 2024).
