Hybrid working (2 days in London office, 3 days WFH)

£140/160k + options

Talentedge are incredibly excited to be partnering with an exceptionally high growth FinTech business on another senior leadership position within their growing finance team.

In what is a newly created role, w e’re seeking a Treasury Lead to be #1 across the function, working directly with an awesome CFO.

You’ll be fantastic for this opportunity if you are seeking a data and commercially focussed position with daily access to C Suite conversations and interactions. Key responsibilities to include:

Key responsibilities:

• Use technology & other FinTech partners to build sophisticated processes and controls to automate and streamline efficiencies, developing the framework properly
• Have oversight over the day-to-day function, including all treasury movements
• Manage hedging to mitigate financial risks and foreign exchange positions
• Own and forecast cash flow position
• Manage investment of excess liquidity
• Own the company-wide banking & third party relationships
• Business partner Operational and Strategic Finance, Product, and Engineering teams as well as C Suite and Board
• Mentor, develop and lead the Treasury team

Profile:

• Qualified accountant or treasurer (ACT) with a strong academic background
• Experienced with managing client money/funds
• High volume transactional background, preferably within financial services or FinTech
• Strong financial modelling skills as well as having exposure to BI and data visualisation tools
• Project management mindset with demonstrable experience of designing and rolling out fully automated processes and controls
• Strong business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
