Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing expert advice and personal recommendations.

• Utilise your travel experience and knowledge to craft unique travel itineraries that exceed customer expectations.

• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, with a focus on earning commission.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, trends, and special offers.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

• Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

• Be flexible to work weekends, ensuring availability for customers whenever they are ready to plan their next adventure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Experience in the travel industry or personal travel experience with a broad knowledge of global destinations.

• Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work weekends as part of a flexible working schedule.

• A genuine passion for travel and the motivation to continuously learn about new places and cultures.
