This role is perfect for someone looking to enter the travel sector and develop their skills and knowledge within the industry, with the potential to advance to a Travel Consultant position long term.

As a Travel Designer, you will:

  • Qualify and Warm Leads: Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, using your excellent customer service skills to understand customer's wants and needs.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers through various channels, including responding to new enquiries, emails, and answering incoming calls to build and maintain relationships.
  • Meet Targets Work towards customer service related targets, utilising your excellent communication skills to encourage repeat business.
  • Travel Related Admin/Analysis Tasks: Assist with various travel-related admin tasks to enhance your destination knowledge as part of the training program to become a Travel Specialist.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Preferred experience in a customer service role or business development role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational ability, adept at multitasking, and proficient in software such as Outlook.
  • Setup: Must have a dedicated home office space equipped with a reliable internet connection.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, curious and goal-oriented individual with a calm and professional manner when speaking with customers. With a real passion and interest in international travel.
