Transport Planner

Hays are currently recruiting for a transport planner in the East Kent area on a full-time permanent basis.
Monday to Friday

Duties:
- Arranging multiple shipments per day.
- Deal with operation queries.
- Taking incoming calls/emails.
- Processing customer orders.
- Inputting data into the planning system.
- Arranging collections, deliveries, ferry crossings, tolls, customs clearance, various permits and licences.

Experience:
- Uk/EU road haulage and freight forwarding experience wanted
- Knowing UK/EU customs clearance requirements.
- IT skills
- Great communicator
