Transport Office Operator 

£28,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
8am - 5pm

The Role 
Our client is seeking a transport operator for their busy Transport Office, overseeing customer queries, tacho infringements, driver fines and general compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatching and debriefing drivers
  • Amending the routing plan as required daily
  • Liaising directly with driver, colleagues and customers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Investigating and problem solving
  • Monitor empty mileage
  • General administration support
