The Role
Our client is seeking a night shift operator for their busy Transport Office, overseeing customer queries, tacho infringements, driver fines and general compliance.

Responsibilities

Dispatching and debriefing drivers
Amending the routing plan as required daily
Liaising directly with driver, colleagues and customers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
Investigating and problem solving
Monitor empty mileage
General administration support

PC literate / data entry
Pro-active attitude
Flexible with working hours
