Transaction's Manager
This role is for a Transactions Finance Manager who will manage the financial transactions within the accounting and finance department of our manufacturing industry client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in a Transactions Manager role including strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.

Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations within the transactions finance team including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
- Approval of monthly payment runs.
- Dealing with any internal or external escalations.
- Team management including performance reviews, training and 1 to 1's.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Work closely with the finance team to forecast and manage budgets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.
Profile
A successful Transactions Manager should have:
- Background in a Transactions Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
