This role is for a Transactions Finance Manager who will manage the financial transactions within the accounting and finance department of our manufacturing industry client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in a Transactions Manager role including strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.

Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations within the transactions finance team including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
  • Approval of monthly payment runs.
  • Dealing with any internal or external escalations.
  • Team management including performance reviews, training and 1 to 1's.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to forecast and manage budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.

Profile

A successful Transactions Manager should have:

  • Background in a Transactions Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
