Are you an experienced AP/AR leader?

As an Interim AP/AR Supervisor/Manager, this role will place you back in the driver's seat of ledger management and is likely to require you through to the end of Aug 2024, perhaps longer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision - Leading a team of 3 individuals in the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Hands-On Ledger Management - Take a proactive approach to managing and reconciling ledgers, promptly resolving any issues to maintain accuracy.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the AP/AR functions, streamlining workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting - Generate regular reports to provide insights into the financial health of the ledgers.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ledger management and reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP systems.

What's on offer:

Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
