Transactional Finance Manager

Counted Recruitment are supporting our Worcester-based client in their search for an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join the business on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be integral to the continued growth of our well-established market-leading client. You will be responsible for managing a successful finance team which oversees the full breadth of transactional finance, inclusive of purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control. My client is looking for a proven leader with a passion for developing team members whilst implementing process improvements to ensure productivity and team morale is maintained. Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Proven experience of working as a Transactional Finance Manager or similar level position
• Ability to motivate team members with one-to-one meetings/appraisals
• Manage shared service centre finance function inclusive of purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control
• Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained
• Recruitment of new team members
• Compiling reports for senior management
