Job Title: Training Manager (CRM and IT)

Length: Permanent

Salary: up to £35,000

Location: London

Working arrangements: Primarily onsite

We are working on an exciting permanent Training Manager position with a London based professional association who are going through a period of technology and cultural change.

You'll be responsible for identifying business training needs, design training material and facilitate training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking training needs analysis to identify business training needs and participate in UAT related to projects.
  • Identify best suite of tools and techniques to provide, individual, group, face-to-face and remote training.
  • Designing and producing written and recorded learning materials primarily related to bespoke MS Dynamic CRM system and BAU learning materials e.g.: Microsoft Suite.
  • IT Training primarily for MS applications and tools (e.g., for new starters) such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Intranet usage will be part of the role. Training for other common applications used by ICE may also need to be provided.
  • Creation of video content for self-help, self-heal contributing to shared knowledge on resolving common IT issues.
  • Uploading, sharing, maintaining, updating and tracking learning materials to SharePoint

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes ideally for IT and/or CRM systems
  • Ideally hands-on user knowledge of authoring tools (e.g. such as TechSmiths, Camtasia or Captivate etc.,)
  • Experience using a CRM system (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Stakeholder management experience across levels of seniority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
