Trainer
Due to their continued success and natural expansion our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Trainer to strengthen their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for those wishing to further their career within a well-established Financial Services organisation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting business excellence through the timely scheduling and delivery of structured learning programmes and individual coaching. The trainer will deliver both technical and behavioural learning and will ensure that they evaluate the course during and after its delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering specific training including local induction, continuous improvement, and refresher training
- Working alongside management teams to identify specific training needs across the function and developing materials and delivering appropriate learning to meet the needs of the business
- Create guides, presentations and materials that support in the delivery of training workshops, ensuring that materials and messages meet business, legal and regulatory requirements
- Researching, investigating, and learning about new topics in the industry in order to create and maintain the relevance and currency of training sessions
- Assisting in organising the L&D schedule to be able to prioritise induction training of new colleagues and respond to changing business needs
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven demonstrable experience of working as a Trainer, gained within the financial services industry, or similar regulated environment
- Experience of creating and implementing engaging training programmes
- CIPD Level 3 qualified in Learning and Development (or equivalent)
- The ability to conduct training needs analysis
- A demonstrable pro-active 'hands on’ approach
