TRAINEE SOLICITOR/ PARALEGAL - RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

The successful candidate have experience working within a residential property department, will be flexible and diligent and also offer common-sense and positivity.

Duties & Responsibilities:


• To assist or depending on experience manage a portfolio of Clients
• Innovative thinking when considering cases
• Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to achieve deadlines
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle a range of clients
• A willingness to support others as and when required and be an efficient team player
• Be able to work well under pressure, be proactive and handle a varied workload

Key Skills:


• Ability to organise and prioritise work in situations that can include time pressure, interruptions and other causes of stress
• Computer literacy and keyboard skills
• Good communication, both written and oral
