Our client is an independent, boutique estate agency and is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to be based in their primely located corner premises in Wandsworth.

Due to increased levels of business, our client needs someone to assist the sales and lettings teams with property viewings and be happy to get involved in all aspects of the business. The benefit of a dual role is that you have the opportunity to gain a more rounded knowledge of
the industry.

Personal specification:

• Some experience within a target driven sales environment
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Self-motivated
• Target and goal driven individual
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary for this role will include a basic of £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £25,000 to £30,000! A pooled car is available for viewings, however, the majority of their properties are within walking distance of the office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
