We are looking for hard working, ambitious people to join our fast track development program. Your first year earnings will be between £35k-£40k, second year £45k - £55k and third year £80+.

We take pride in delivering an exceptional service to both our teachers and schools. We have moved away from out-dated sales scripts and micro-management and instead place a huge emphasis on developing our consultants to deliver a transparent and honest service which puts the relationship and 'doing the right thing' before profits.

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and hard-work. You will challenge yourself daily and push yourself to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. You will meet fantastic people along the way and build long lasting relationships and friendships with the schools and teachers that you have supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with schools and teachers in the education sector
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods, including job postings, social media, and networking
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and on-boarding
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • A growth mindset and willingness to adapt and learn quickly
  • A passion for education and helping schools and teachers achieve their goals
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
