Joining as a trainee consultant, no prior recruitment experience is necessary as you will be taken through an extensive training programme that has seen previous staff members (also with no prior experience) bill £400K in their first year alone and over five promotions since. What your day looks like:

• Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify candidates
• Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
• Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients, therefore a lot of time will be spent on the phone
• Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
• Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
• Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

What are we looking for in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Confident with an outgoing personality
• You must be comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone speaking to candidates and clients!
• Degree educated OR sales experience
• Sports backgrounds are a huge advantage
• A genuine interest in wanting to work in recruitment
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with the power to increase your earnings
• A desire to fast-track your career progression
• Resilient, tenacious, with a drive to succeed
