Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £24,000 - plus Uncapped Commission 
Pertemps London are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Recruitment division at our offices in Holborn, central London.

Working hours: 08.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

This is an entry level role and you will be provided with all the training and tools required to make a success in the industry. The role will involve:
  • Sourcing new business leads and building relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI and SLA targets
  • Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
  • Attracting and sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards and social media
  • Interviewing prospective candidates via telephone, video and in-person
  • Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
  • Ensuring relevant quality processes and checks are adhered to

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment
  • A confident and engaging communicator with the with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Target driven and able to work towards achievable targets
  • Self-motivated team player with great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced, fun, progressive and successful environment
  • Competent IT user and able to pick up new systems quickly

You will receive:
  • Base salary of up to £24,000 based on experience
  • Uncapped monthly commission and regular incentives
  • 24 days annual leave entitlement, plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day each year of service
