TRAINEE RECRTUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:
We are looking for candidates who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha and more.
  • Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
  • Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.
  • Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
  • Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels
  • Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360° recruitment consultant

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Maths and English GCSE (4 and above / C and above minimum)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
  • This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
  • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and clients
