TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - MAY START

LOCATION: City of London

SALARY: £28,000 basic, +OTE £45,000 year 1

The Business

My client is a specialist FinTech recruitment agency and specialise in placing the world’s most prestigious tech professionals into Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Silicon Valley. They are on the PSL of multiple Tier 1 Investment Banks. Although an SME, they have a huge presence in the marketplace and are the top suppliers to the likes of Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The business was founded in 2015, and when the founders left their previous agency, they wanted to create an environment that was collaborative, high-performing and values driven compared to the large corporate they were in.

In their first full year of starting, they billed over £1million between the two of them, and invested their profits into growing the business. Since their inception they have grown to circa 40 people!

They are looking for people whose ambitions are above the norm. Because it is such a unique opportunity it will be very hard work, however the rewards in both earnings/career progression will outweigh what can usually be achieved at most recruitment companies.
