Our well-respected client has an exciting Trainee Negotiator opportunity at their Chatham branch.

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Negotiator:

• Up to £22,000 basic 
• Up to £28,000 OTE
• Additional bonus potential
• Ongoing training and support
• Career progression

As Trainee Negotiator your role will involve the following:

• Matching ideal tenants to each property
• Working to achieve KPI’s
• Diary management
• Negotiating and completing lets
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and 3rd parties

To be considered for the role of Trainee Letting Negotiator you must have:

• Experience within the Property industry preferred but not essential, otherwise must have experience from within a sales or customer service environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organised and reliable
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to swiftly build rapports.
• Team player and personable
