Trainee Mortgage Advisor

The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary between £25,000 – £27,500
• OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
• Monday – Friday hours
• Competitive commission structure with un-capped earnings

To be considered for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor role you must have:

• CeMap qualified – would consider candidates with minimum CeMap 1 and 2 however must be in the process of qualifying for CeMap 3
• A highly driven individual with the ambition to become a successful Mortgage Broker
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities for the role of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

• Liaise with existing clients to understand their Mortgage requirements
• Whilst referring to past data, reach out to previous clients as well as approaching new potential buyers
• To provide excellent customer service at all times
• Respect and maintain customer confidentiality
• To support colleagues by working as a valued team member
• Provide accurate information when dealing with Mortgage enquiries at all times
