Salary: OTE £55k

Position: Permanent - Full Time

Lettings Negotiator: This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property salesperson within a busy Estate Agency office.

We need an Lettings Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency covering the W12 area.

Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be provided specifically tailored towards lettings and the current property market. You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiation skills.

The role:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
• Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
• Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively
• Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels

Hours:

Monday- Thursday 0900-1830

Friday 0900-1800

Every fourth Saturday 0930-16:30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£45,000.00 per year OTE
