Trainee Insolvency Administrator - Financial Advisory
Our client is one of the country’s top experts in Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency. They have grown year on year and recently floated on the stock market illustrating their growth ambitions and deep-rooted success. They have worked on the industry’s highest-profile insolvency cases and are classed as one of the most successful boutique firms in the industry.
They require a bright, energetic, and commercial school leaver who wants to establish themselves in a highly successful and renowned financial consulting business.
As a person, you will have an active interest in data analysis and be highly numerate with the possible intention of pursuing a formal qualification in accountancy.
Your role will involve managing a portfolio of Insolvency cases with full support from Managers. You will receive full on the job training as well as the possibility of study support towards ACCA/ACA/JIEB.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining own caseload whilst progressing other cases efficiently
- Able to communicate confidently with company directors and diverse external parties
- Managing your own portfolio of insolvency cases
- Full study support with the ability to choose your own pathway (ACA/ACCA/CPI/JIEB)
- Previous experience working with EXCEL, PowerPoint and other IT systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent A-Level grades ideally in Maths
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle a variety of cases in a busy team environment
- Preferably you will have experience of working in the finance sector: namely in managing cash, banking and payment processing
