Salary: Starting at £23,500 - £25,000 pa (depending on experience)

Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham

Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with Overtime Available

Due to the extension of our 16 years old company, we are looking for 2x kind-hearted Senior Care Workers who are looking to become Trainee Deputy Care Managers. We are an Investors in People company. You will be working and supporting Care Support workers, who have kind hearts as they look after vulnerable adults, with complex healthcare issues.

Senior Care Support Worker/ Care Team Leader Job Requirements:

  • Working with adults with learning disabilities / challenging behaviour

  • Previous experience within a management role

  • Flexibility to actively list to Clients and staff alike

  • Professional approach using technology to reduce waste

  • Car driver, with a current full UK driving licence.

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above

  • Be able to meet the requirements of CQC regulations

  • Possible on-call support may be required

Working in HQ based in Birmingham Perry Barr, from time to time visiting units (bungalows and houses) located in Great Barr, Hall Green, Harborne, Erdington, Sutton Coldfield.
